We do not own or operate aircraft, act as emergency dispatch, or make medical decisions, and we cannot promise that any request will receive a quote.

Sometimes. Coverage depends on the plan, the proposed trip, medical-necessity criteria, destination rules, authorization requirements, and supporting records. Timing depends on clinical acceptance, current aircraft and crew availability, patient and facility readiness, airports, weather, and any international permissions. AirMedHub reviews information relevant to the proposed mission, including applicable operating authority, aircraft, insurance documentation, claimed credentials, medical responsibility, capability, and availability. The transport medical provider reviews the patient's information and determines clinical acceptance, personnel, equipment, and the transport care plan. The proposed configuration should be confirmed for the specific mission. AirMedHub does not decide the required level of care.

No. AirMedHub is a marketplace and coordination platform. We do not own or operate aircraft and do not hold ourselves out as the direct air carrier. Each flight is performed by the independently certificated aircraft operator identified for the accepted mission.

AirMedHub can coordinate international medical flight options where an appropriate provider and route are available. A proposed trip remains subject to clinical acceptance, aircraft availability, airport access, permits, customs, immigration, and receiving arrangements. No coordinator can guarantee government permission or unrestricted worldwide availability.
