Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the AirMedHub website and any request for medical flight marketplace or coordination services.
AirMedHub is not an emergency response service. If someone is experiencing an immediate medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website, submitting a request, or using AirMedHub's services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
2. AirMedHub's Role
AirMedHub is a marketplace and coordination platform. AirMedHub is not an air carrier, aircraft operator, ambulance provider, hospital, insurer, or medical practice. AirMedHub does not own or operate aircraft and does not hold itself out as a direct or indirect air carrier.
Flights are performed by independent providers that are responsible for their aircraft, operating authority, flight crews, medical personnel, insurance, safety, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and performance. Ground transportation, facility services, and other mission components may also be provided by independent third parties.
3. No Medical Advice
Website content and coordination communications are for general information and logistical support. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a determination that air transport is medically necessary or appropriate. Treating clinicians, receiving clinicians, medical control personnel, and the selected transport provider determine medical suitability, care level, equipment, staffing, and patient acceptance.
4. Requests, Availability, and Quotes
Submitting a form or speaking with AirMedHub does not guarantee aircraft availability, acceptance by a provider or facility, a particular departure time, insurance coverage, or completion of a mission. Availability and timing can change because of patient condition, clinician approval, weather, airport access, aircraft positioning, crew duty limits, permits, maintenance, facility acceptance, payment arrangements, or other operational factors.
Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement, quotes and estimates are based on the information available when provided. Changes to the route, timing, patient needs, crew, equipment, permits, ground transportation, taxes, fees, or other mission requirements may change the price.
5. Independent Provider Terms
A selected provider may require a separate agreement, medical review, consent, payment authorization, cancellation policy, or other terms. Those terms govern the provider's services. AirMedHub is not responsible for an independent provider's acts or omissions except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by AirMedHub.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information that you are authorized to share.
- Inform AirMedHub promptly about changes in the patient's condition, location, timing, facility acceptance, or transport requirements.
- Obtain any consent or authorization required to share patient, medical, insurance, payment, or contact information.
- Review provider documents, quotes, limitations, and cancellation terms before confirming a service.
- Use the website and services lawfully and without interfering with security, availability, or other users.
7. Insurance and Payment
Insurance coverage is determined by the applicable plan, insurer, law, and circumstances. AirMedHub does not guarantee coverage, reimbursement, preauthorization, claim approval, or a particular out-of-pocket amount. You remain responsible for understanding the applicable quote, payment terms, insurance requirements, and financial obligations before confirming a service.
8. Website Information
We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but medical transport rules, insurance coverage, laws, accreditation standards, provider capabilities, and operational conditions can change. Website content may not reflect every jurisdiction or situation. Contact the applicable provider, insurer, regulator, or qualified professional for a decision about a specific case.
9. Intellectual Property
The website and its original text, design, graphics, logos, arrangement, and other materials are owned by or licensed to AirMedHub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal or internal business evaluation of AirMedHub services. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, modify, or exploit substantial portions of the website without written permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website to submit false requests, impersonate another person, transmit unlawful or harmful material, probe or bypass security, introduce malware, interfere with operation, collect information without authorization, or violate another person's privacy or rights.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AirMedHub disclaims warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirMedHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or independent third-party services. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may refer or link to independent websites, providers, facilities, insurers, regulators, or services. AirMedHub does not control their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. A reference or link does not by itself constitute an endorsement.
14. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update the website, services, or these terms as operations or legal requirements change. Revised terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing Requirements
These terms are subject to applicable federal, state, local, and international law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
